Graduate Medical Education is growing at Conway Regional. In July 2024, our rural training track will welcome its second class while our internal medicine program greets its third class. As we continually expand, our family medicine program is also progressing strongly. Our goal is to offer various educational options during and after residency.

The majority of our training occurs at and around our primary hospital, Conway Regional Medical Center. Additionally, our family medicine residents train at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and our internal medicine residents train at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock. Conway Regional Health System and our outside rotation locations emphasize patient-centered rounds with medical teams that include medical students, residents of all levels, and attending physicians. Our Continuity Clinic locations are also facilities designed with integrated inter-professional care in mind, where residents will have the opportunity to be trained in population health and other emerging models of care.

As a physician-led and professionally managed organization, we prioritize a team approach to healthcare delivery and management. You will find an engaged medical staff, a committed and caring clinical team of phenomenal nurses, and a hospital staff who does whatever it takes to care for our patients and one another.
